My New Favorite Spots to Shoot in the Boston Area

Something I love about branding photography is finding beautiful spaces to shoot my clients’ sessions. When I find a new, gorgeous location, I get so excited. There is just something about styling a space to match a brand’s aesthetics that is so satisfying. Here are my new favorite spots to shoot in the Boston area:

The Peerspace Studio

This space is simple, white and features lots of natural light which is a dream for capturing the airy, lifestyle look. The only thing to note is that this beautiful studio in the heart of Allston from Peerspace requires a heavier hand with styling since there is not much there to begin with. But you can’t beat it when it comes to price for a space in the city and it was the perfect setting to showcase Sukeban Creative’s beautiful gift box curations.

The Newburyport Studio

I love the natural light of this space. I also love the contrast of the modern feel with the character and charm of the historic building at The Newburyport Studio. With the light-colored and exposed brick walls, it is a neutral space so it will work for most brands. This studio also offers several options for capturing stories since it has an office setting for professional shots but it also has the fun swinging chair and classic leather couch for more of those lifestyle moments like the ones I shot for Fernanda Melo.

The Home Studio

The look and feel of this Boho in Boston space from The Home Studio List is so chic. It’s not all white and light, so it won't work for every brand. But the plants and mid-century vibes give it a high end feel while still staying cozy. This space provides even more options for stories since it has an office, kitchen - for those who may love to cook or drink wine like Nicki of Nicki Copy, living room and a bedroom which would be perfect to let your audience get to know the “off duty you.” It also has great natural light!
