Lori + Dan // Boston Waterfront Wedding

This was one of the smaller weddings I have photographed, but let me tell you that it was PACKED with love. I generally like to meet with my bride and groom before the wedding at least once, if not twice, but since Lori and Dan opted for a more simple affair we did all the coordinating online. So on the day of the wedding,  when I first met Dan, I immediately knew he was an amazing guy. He literally said to me "Hi I'm Dan, and I'm sorry, but I really can't talk because if I do, I'm just going to cry because I'm so happy". Of course I gave him a big hug and he then proceeded to tell me he has waited his entire life for this moment with Lori. You see, Lori and Dan were high school sweethearts and after life took them in separate directions, the love between them eventually pulled them back together after many years. These are the type of love stories I love hearing about and being a part of. And while my time with them was limited, I really was inspired by their commitment and love for each other - even after many years. 

Their beautiful wedding took place at Venezia Banquet in Boston, MA. It is located on the water with a view of the Boston skyline. With a slight touch of nautical elements, their ceremony and reception was elegant, but timeless, just like their love. Of course Lori was beautiful and Dan was handsome as ever. I feel so honored to have been part of their journey together. I hope you enjoy seeing a bit of their special day and that you can be inspired by love stories like Lori and Dan's.
